Who we are

Customer Care

Natta Homes are committed to building a quality product and we pride ourselves in providing high levels of Customer Care, starting on the first day you walk through the door of your new home.

On the day of completion, a member of our Customer Care Team will be available to explain the various warranties which apply to your home and fixtures and fittings. You will be presented with a comprehensive Homeowners Manual providing you with all the information you will need about your new home. Who to contact in the event of an emergency, what procedure to follow if there is an appliance failure and how to contact our Customer Service Team. A final check of your property, together with the reading of meters will be carried out and any outstanding items will be recorded and notified to our Customer Care Team for action.

Consumer Code for Home Builders – The Government and House Builders have recently introduced the Consumer Code for Home Builders. The Code sets out clear standards that the Home Builder is expected to achieve throughout the process of the sale of the property and the Customer Care standards expected.

Although we hope there will be no problems after you have moved into your new home, our commitment continues for 2 years after the sale has been completed. If you want to tell us about a problem then simply contact our Customer Service Department. In the unfortunate circumstances where a complaint cannot be resolved between the Home Buyer and the Home Warranty Body or House Builder then the Home Buyer has the right to refer their complaint to the Independent Disputes Resolution Scheme.
